• Providing high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, cuticle grooming, removing calluses, and artificial nail applications
• Consulting with clients about their nail health and appearance preferences, offering advice on nail care and design
• Applying undercoat and color polish using a steady hand
• Designing and applying nail art
• Applying acrylic or gel nails as per client requests
• Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use
• Ensuring work environment is clean, safe, and professional at all times
• Staying updated with the latest products, techniques, and trends in the nail industry
• Offering nail care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manicures last longer)
• Handling customer bookings and managing appointments
• Upholding hygiene standards and following health and safety regulations
