Duties

• Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art with precision and creativity
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color choices based on client preferences and skin tones
• Assist clients with additional beauty services including eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, or body waxing when qualified
• Upsell retail products like nail care items, skincare products, or beauty tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future appointments
• Stay current with industry trends in color theory, nail techniques, and esthetic laser treatments to offer innovative solutions

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with specialization in nail technology required
• Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel applications, and nail art techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and sterilization procedures essential for maintaining hygiene excellence
• Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with advanced beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, or laser therapies is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of professional salon or spa experience
