Duties

• Perform a variety of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art designs.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements.
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and techniques to offer fresh ideas and creative options.
• Upsell additional services like hand or foot massages, skincare treatments, or retail products to enhance client experience.
• Manage retail sales of nail care products, tools, and accessories while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of workstations and equipment throughout the day for optimal sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license with certification in nail care or related fields.
• Proven experience in performing professional nail services with a portfolio of creative work preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures to prevent infections.
• Strong understanding of color theory to assist clients in choosing complementary shades and designs.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude.

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
