Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and care routines based on individual needs
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software like Millennium or similar platforms
• Engage with guests through excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
• Upsell retail products related to nail care and other beauty services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, techniques, and industry innovations through ongoing education

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology
• Proven experience in performing professional nail care services with a strong portfolio of work
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, sterilization procedures, and health regulations
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to perform detailed work with precision while maintaining a lively, energetic attitude
• Experience with advanced treatments like gel application, acrylics, nail art, or dermabrasion is preferred
• Knowledge of complementary services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or makeup application is a plus
