Responsibilities

• Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following all health regulations to ensure client safety
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or products
• Apply advanced techniques including eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments when applicable
• Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Stay current with industry trends by continuously updating your skills in areas like color theory, hair styling, hair extensions, and dermabrasion
• Build lasting relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service to encourage repeat visits

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care practices
• Proven experience in performing a variety of nail treatments with attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols to prevent infections
• Familiarity with advanced beauty services such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, body waxing, and laser treatments is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently using retail math and upselling techniques
• Knowledge of color theory and nail art design to create visually appealing results

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
