Duties

• Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry.
• Apply advanced techniques including nail extensions, gel polish application, and intricate designs based on client preferences.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail care treatments and color choices based on client needs and preferences.
• Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance the client experience.
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and beauty techniques to offer innovative services.
• Build strong relationships through excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and satisfied with their experience.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care required.
• Demonstrated expertise in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times.
• Familiarity with advanced beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, dermabrasion, and hair threading is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to upsell services confidently while providing exceptional customer service.
