Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with health regulations
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend nail services and product options tailored to each client’s preferences
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
• Upsell retail products like nail polishes, skincare items, and tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Stay current on the latest nail trends, techniques, and industry innovations to offer cutting-edge services

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care
• Proven experience in performing professional nail treatments and designs
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control procedures
• Familiarity with salon management software including Millennium or MINDBODY is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to handle retail sales confidently through product demos and upselling techniques
• Experience with advanced treatments such as gel application, acrylics, eyelash extensions, or dermabrasion is a plus
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure guest satisfaction
