Duties

• Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Apply advanced techniques such as nail extensions, gel polish, and intricate designs using color theory principles to match client preferences
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and cleaning workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
• Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products based on individual needs and preferences
• Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
• Assist clients with retail sales of nail care products, skincare items, and beauty accessories to promote ongoing self-care at home
• Stay current on industry trends in nail art, hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, dermabrasion, and other esthetic treatments to provide innovative solutions

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care or related specialties
• Proven experience in providing high-quality manicure and pedicure services with an eye for detail
• Knowledge of color theory, nail art techniques, and latest trends in nail design
• Strong communication skills to understand client needs and deliver exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon or spa environment
• Ability to perform additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, or dermabrasion is a plus
• Retail math skills for upselling products effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships
