Responsibilities

• Strict Salon Hours 11-7 .Provide a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and custom nail art tailored to client preferences
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative solutions and designs
• Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or retail products
• Upsell additional services such as hand or foot treatments, skincare enhancements, or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health regulations and salon standards
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews

Qualifications

• Students encouraged to apply. Preferred licensed cosmetology or esthetician /certification in nail care required; techniques such as gel application, acrylics, nail art, and hair extensions is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in nail care environments
• Basic retail math skills for upselling products confidently without pressure
• Ability to stay energized and attentive during long periods of standing and working on detailed nail art
