About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our premium ladies salon in Dubai.

If you specialize in Russian manicure, BIAB, extensions, and creative nail art, and love delivering flawless results — we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Russian manicure & dry cuticle techniques
• Gel polish, BIAB, acrylic & hard gel extensions
• Nail shaping, refills & repairs
• Advanced nail art (minimal, French, modern trends)
• Maintain strict hygiene & sterilization standards
• Provide excellent client consultation & aftercare advice
• Upsell nail treatments & retail products
• Build repeat clientele through exceptional service

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a ladies salon
• Strong expertise in:
• Gel polish
• Acrylic extensions
• BIAB
• Nail art
• Russian manicure preferred
• Good hygiene & professional presentation
• Strong customer service skills
• Portfolio required (Instagram preferred)
• Dubai experience is a plus
