What You Need to Join:

At least 2 full days of weekly availability this winter

2+ years of experience with children (babysitting, classroom aide, camp counselor, etc.)

3–4 childcare references

CPR certification

Positive, adaptable energy and strong communication skills

Valid driver’s license + reliable car (not required in NYC or SF)

Must be 18+

Perks & Pay:

$18/hr, paid biweekly

Daily bonuses + overtime pay
