Now Hiring Full-Time Nannies – St. Pete (ASAP through March)

We’re currently hiring experienced, professional nannies for several wonderful families in St. Petersburg. These are long-term, consistent weekday positions with infants and toddlers.

Hours per week: 32–44 hours
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Start: ASAP through March placements

Current Openings

Family 1

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11/12 PM – 6 PM
• Child: 4-month-old infant

Family 2

• Schedule:
• Monday: 7 AM – 3 PM
• Tuesday: 8 AM – 3 PM
• Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Thursday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Friday: 8 AM – 2 PM
• Child: 1-year-old

Family 3

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM – 4 PM
• Children: 16-month-old + newborn due in July

Family 4

• Schedule:
• Monday & Friday: 9 AM – 4 PM
• Tuesday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Child: 10-month-old

Job Responsibilities

All positions require nannies to be:

• Fully present and engaged with children (no phone time while working)
• Providing loving, attentive care
• Handling daily routines (feeding, naps, diapering, etc.)
• Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities
• Supporting healthy development through play, reading, and interaction

Agency Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional childcare experience
• 3 or more excellent, verifiable references (not family or friends)
• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start date)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Non-smoker
