Title: Family Assistant (18 hrs/week) — Calm, Warm, Nurturing
Pay: $25/hour minimum, higher rate is negotiable based on experience
Hours: 18hours/week (set schedule)

About our family
We’re a warm, busy family with two boys ages 7 and 10. One child has anxiety and does best with calm, consistent boundaries and predictable transitions. We are looking for help from the hours of 11 am- 5 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays when the children come home from school.

Schedule (18hrs/week)

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 11-5

Core responsibilities
Childcare (primary during kid hours):

• After-school routine, snacks
• Calm, consistent limit-setting (especially around screen time and transitions)
• Driving to activities
• Comfortable supporting anxious moments with co-regulation and clear boundaries
• Light housekeeping for children's rooms and laundry
• Meal prep and kitchen organization

What we’re looking for

• Nurturing, calm and warm
• Proactive communicator
• Experience with children with anxiety or ADHD a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
