Nanny

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nanny to provide loving, attentive, and reliable care for our 15 month old son for 2 days a week. In this role, you will create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the child's development, learning, and well-being. Your enthusiasm for childcare and ability to adapt to my child's unique needs will ensure they feel valued and supported every day.

Duties

• Provide attentive supervision and care for child, ensuring their safety at all times
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
• Assist with daily routines such as diapering, dressing, bathing, and nap times
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning and tidying up after children
• Support children with developmental milestones, including toddler care, preschool activities, and early childhood education
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns
• Collaborate with parents to communicate daily updates on the child's activities, progress, and any concerns

Skills

• Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies is a plus
• Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare duties effectively
• Skilled in meal preparation tailored for children’s nutritional requirements
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and positive communication abilities

Job Type: Part-time
