Position: Nanny Location: Beverly Hills, California (fully on-site) Driving required: No Work Schedule: Tuesday through Sunday (Monday off)

Tuesday through Friday: 2:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM Sunday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Compensation: $28 ~ $32 per hour

Position Overview

A UHNW family in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking a full-time, experienced, and professional nanny to provide attentive, loving care for two energetic 4-year-old boys. This role is ideal for a warm, reliable, and high-energy individual who enjoys supporting children’s growth through healthy meal preparation, educational activities, play, and travel. The nanny will become an important part of a supportive and respectful family team.

Live-in arrangements are available for candidates who prefer this option, with comfortable private accommodations provided. Both live-in and live-out candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving healthy meals and snacks for children with the live-in nanny. Be able to do this task during the live-in nanny's absence.
• Cleaning up after activities, child-related laundry, and maintaining tidy play areas/bedrooms.
• Pick the kids from school or company kids for extracurricular activities with the family car and driver. No driving is needed.
• Planning age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games and readings.
• Ensuring a safe environment, bathing, dressing, and establishing structured nap/bedtime routines together with the live-in nanny.
• Providing regular updates to parents regarding daily activities and milestones.
• Support the family trip locally and internationally when the boys' care is needed.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and a positive demeanor at all times.
• Perform additional related duties as reasonably requested.

Qualifications and Skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid California driver’s license.
• Must be punctual and reliable
• A warm, patient, and proactive approach to childcare.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional childcare provider in family settings or education settings, for preschoolers.
• At least a high school diploma; a certificate in CPR/First Aid is highly preferred.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.
• Ability to provide at least two professional references that can be contacted.
• Passport ready
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a household with dogs.
• Absolute discretion and professionalism.

Additional Requirements

• Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
