Job Description

As a part-time nanny for Trinity, you are responsible for ensuring that our employees’ children are in the best care. These children may range in age from 6 weeks to 6 years old. In this role, you will guide them through important developmental milestones while nurturing their natural curiosity and love of learning through intentional play. Our nanny plays a vital role in cultivating a family-oriented environment rooted in strong values, supporting the development of the whole child through play, exploration, and positive relationships. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting and meaningful impact on the lives of Trinity employees’ children.

Hours:

Monday-Wednesday: 8:30 am-4:30 pm

At this time, this position is part-time; however, as our team continues to grow, there is the potential of reaching full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with our full-time Nanny to organize creative educational activities.
• Prepare nutritious meals and support feeding routines for children, including bottle-feeding infants.
• Help elder children clean up after themselves.
• Schedule the day, including meals, snacks, activities, nap time, and independent play time.
• Ensure their environment is safe, clean, and in accordance with code.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical mobility, the ability to lift 40 pounds occasionally
• Willingness to complete required trainings (CPR, First Aid, AED, SIDS, etc..)
• Passion for working with children
• Communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Creativity
• Problem-solving skills
• An understanding of child development

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Ability to Commute:

• Eau Claire, WI (Required)
