Nanny

Part-Time Nanny – Warm & Engaging Infant Care (5-Month-Old) – Long Island, NY

We are a warm and easygoing family in Long Island looking for a kind, loving, and engaging nanny to care for our 5-month-old baby girl.

We are especially looking for someone who loves working with babies and actively creates fun, age-appropriate activities to support development and curiosity — both at home and outdoors.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Flexible hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 25–30 hours per week ( flexible for the right candidate)
• We would also appreciate some flexibility with hours when needed

Responsibilities:

• Loving, attentive care for our 5-month-old
• Planning and engaging in developmental activities (play, interaction, outdoor walks, etc.)
• Encouraging sensory play, movement, and early development
• Feeding, including experience with introducing solids
• Maintaining a calm and nurturing daily routine
• Light baby-related tasks (bottles, baby laundry, keeping play areas tidy)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with infants under 1 year old
• Naturally warm, patient, and loving
• Experience with infant development and milestone-based activities
• Proactive and creative in engaging babies throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and responsible

Compensation:

• $30–$35/hour (based on experience)
• PTO
