Nanny

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nanny to provide loving, attentive, and professional care for children of various ages. In this role, you will create a safe and nurturing environment, support children’s developmental needs, and assist with daily routines. The ideal candidate is passionate about childcare, experienced in working with children with diverse needs, and committed to fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere for little ones to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children’s dietary requirements
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, napping, and hygiene practices
• Support children with developmental milestones and educational activities, including preschool or toddler-focused learning
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns
• Collaborate with parents to communicate daily updates on children’s activities and progress
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored caregiving strategies

Skills

• Proven experience in nannying, babysitting, or childcare roles with a focus on infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques
• Ability to perform first aid and CPR confidently; certification preferred
• Strong cooking skills for preparing healthy meals and snacks for children
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Competence in cleaning up after children and maintaining a safe environment
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Enthusiastic about teaching, nurturing, and engaging young minds through playful learning activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.11 - $30.24 per hour
