Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare tailored to the child’s age, including infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for the child's dietary needs, incorporating meal preparation skills
• Maintain a clean and organized environment through regular cleaning and tidying of the child's play areas and living spaces
• Support developmental milestones by engaging in educational activities, teaching basic skills, and encouraging curiosity
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and diaper changes when applicable
• Implement safety protocols including first aid procedures and emergency response readiness
• Work collaboratively with family members to ensure consistent caregiving practices and open communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience in nannying or childcare roles, especially with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification to ensure safety in emergencies
• Strong skills in meal preparation and understanding of nutrition for young children
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Ability to perform light cleaning duties related to childcare areas
• Demonstrated patience, reliability, and a positive attitude toward caregiving responsibilities
• Prior daycare or babysitting experience is highly desirable
