Nanny and House Manager - St. Pete

House Manager / Nanny – Long-Term Position with Same Family

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Consistent Care Sitter. The family is looking for someone to provide full-time care for their children, along with general household management and meal preparation. This is a long-term position, and relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Pay will grow with the position.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a genuine passion for supporting families, children, and individuals with unique needs. This role requires a proactive approach to managing household tasks while providing hands-on support in caregiving, meal preparation, and educational activities.

Duties

  • Provide attentive, loving care for a two year old and infant twins, supporting their growth, development, and daily routines.
  • Supervise daily household activities, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and structure.
  • Prepare nutritious meals for the family and assist with meal planning tailored to dietary preferences or needs.
  • Provide personal care and support for individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities as needed.
  • Engage in age-appropriate educational activities and playtime to encourage learning and development.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing environment by adhering to first aid protocols and household safety procedures.
  • Coordinate schedules for childcare, including infant routines, toddler transitions, and preschool readiness.
  • Foster positive relationships with family members through effective communication and compassionate support.
  • Assist with household cleaning and upkeep to maintain a tidy and welcoming home environment.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience caring for infants and young children, preferably including twins or multiples.
  • Cooking and meal prep experience for families with diverse dietary needs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in caregiving roles preferred.
  • Background in childcare, including nannying, babysitting, daycare, or teaching.
  • Familiarity with preschool education and early childhood development is beneficial.
  • First Aid and CPR certification required
  • Background Check required.
  • Must be dependable, warm, and committed to creating a stable and enriching home environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
