Nanny / Caregiver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable, caring, and responsible nanny to provide attentive childcare for two energetic boys, ages 4 and 6. The ideal candidate will create a safe, structured, and engaging environment while supporting the children’s daily routines, development, and activities. This role includes supervising playtime, preparing simple meals and snacks, assisting with basic learning activities, and helping maintain a positive and respectful household routine.

The nanny should be patient, dependable, and comfortable managing the needs of two young children while encouraging creativity, outdoor play, and age-appropriate learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of both children at all times
• Plan and engage the children in fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities (games, crafts, reading, outdoor play)
• Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children
• Help maintain daily routines such as getting ready for school, bedtime routines, and transitions between activities
• Encourage positive behavior, manners, and respect
• Keep children’s areas clean and organized (toys, play areas, dishes used during care)
• Communicate regularly with parents about the children’s day, behavior, and any concerns
• Occasionally assist with transportation to activities or school if required

Requirements

• Prior childcare, babysitting, nanny, or early childhood experience preferred
• Comfortable caring for multiple children at once
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to create a safe, structured, and fun environment
• Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Patient, trustworthy, and responsible personality
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
