Currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Infant Nanny to care for a sweet baby in Royse City, TX.

This role is ideal for a caregiver with strong infant experience who is looking to build a consistent, long-term relationship with one family. The family values reliability, warmth, and a nanny who understands the importance of developmental care during the first year of life.

Role Overview

As an In-Home Infant Nanny, you will provide attentive, nurturing care for an infant within a private home while building a consistent, trusting relationship with the family. This role focuses on supporting early development through responsive caregiving, structured routines, and purposeful play.

What You’ll Do

Infant Care Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, loving, and attentive care for an infant throughout the day
  • Support feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and overall daily structure
  • Engage in developmentally appropriate activities that encourage language, motor, cognitive, and social-emotional growth
  • Implement engaging activities designed to support early milestones through intentional play
  • Maintain a calm, nurturing environment that promotes security and healthy development

Daily Support Responsibilities

  • Prepare bottles, clean feeding items, and maintain nursery organization
  • Complete light housekeeping related to the baby (tidying kitchen, nursery and play areas)
  • Track routines and developmental observations as requested
  • Communicate professionally with regarding daily activities and milestones
  • Provide reliable, consistent support aligned with the family’s routines and values

General Duties

· Light housekeeping related to care (laundry, tidying shared areas, dishes)

· Follow family care plans and preferences

· Communicate clearly and professionally

· Maintain a reliable, calm, and professional presence

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience caring for infants or young children
  • Strong understanding of infant routines, safety, and early developmental milestones
  • Seeking a consistent 20-25 hour per week, Monday–Friday position
  • Must be fully available during scheduled weekday hours with dependable attendance
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • CPR & Infant Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Willing to complete background checks, social media screening, and driving record verification
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Comfortable working in homes with pets
  • No additional children permitted during work hours
