Duties

• Provide attentive supervision and care for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences.
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and developmental exercises to promote learning and social skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning toys, children's areas, and assisting with laundry.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment at all times.
• Support children with daily routines such as diapering, dressing, bathing, and nap times.
• Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate daily updates on the child's activities, milestones, and any concerns.

Skills

• Proven experience working with children in settings such as daycare, babysitting, nannying, or teaching roles.
• Knowledge of infant care practices and toddler development milestones.
• Ability to perform basic first aid and CPR to respond confidently in emergencies.
• Strong skills in meal preparation tailored for children’s nutritional needs.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.
• Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment through diligent cleaning and caregiving practices. Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
