Nanny / Childcare Provider (Live-out | Russian Speaking)

A family in Cresskill, NJ is seeking a warm, responsible, and dependable nanny/childcare provider to join their family long-term. They currently have a 2-year old toddler and are expecting a newborn baby in early May. The main focus of this role will be helping care for the baby, while also being flexible to occasionally care for their toddler as needed. The family is looking for someone who loves children, is patient, caring, and attentive, and wants to become a steady, trusted part of their daily life.

Schedule: Part-time / Full-time

Starting in May: part-time (2 days per week) with the possibility of adding more days
Starting in September: transition to full-time (5 days per week)

Engagement Type: Live-out | working in Cresskill, NJ

Key responsibilities

Infant care and support for the new baby
Occasional care for the family’s toddler
Picking up the toddler from daycare, as needed
Some household tasks, including light meal prep or cooking, light cleaning, laundry and grocery shopping when the kids don't require attention

The ideal candidate is:

Caring, kind, and patient toward kids
Comfortable with a high-energy toddler
Looking for a long-term role
Have a valid driver's license and is comfortable driving regularly
Able to work in an environment with dogs present
Strongly preferred, but not required: Russian-speaking
