Part-Time Nanny for 10-Month-Old | Cincinnati, OH 45241
A loving and easygoing family in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced, confident, and nurturing nanny to care for their baby girl, who will be about ten months old when care begins. The family is hoping to build a long-term relationship with someone who brings warmth, consistency, and early childhood experience to their home.

Position Details

• Location: Cincinnati 45241
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay: $20-$25, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 8:00-4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide loving, attentive care for one infant (10 months old).
• Follow and support the family’s routine.
• Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities.
• Bottle preparation, feeding, diapering, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Track baby’s feedings, naps, and activities in the Huckleberry app.
• Daily walks or stroller rides once trust and routine are established.
• Keep nursery and baby supplies organized.

Ideal Nanny
The family is seeking a nanny who is:

• Experienced with infants and genuinely enjoys early developmental stages.
• Confident and proactive—able to offer ideas and feedback respectfully.
• Knowledgeable in early childhood education or developmentally supportive care.
• Calm, gentle, and responsive, especially during nap transitions or soothing.
• Comfortable working with a detail-oriented, hands-on parent who values structure.
• Bilingual in any language is a wonderful plus!
• One affectionate indoor cat—must be comfortable with pets and mindful about doors staying closed.

This position is best suited for someone who views nannying as a long-term profession rather than a temporary role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional nanny or infant care experience.
• Up-to-date infant CPR and First Aid certification.
• Vaccinated (MMR, Tdap, Flu, COVID preferred).
• Non-smoker.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability.

Additional Notes

• No travel or overnights required.
• No driving required initially; neighborhood stroller walks encouraged once trust is established.
• The family welcomes a nanny who can share developmental ideas or milestone activities as their baby grows.
• Open to long-term commitment through toddler and preschool years.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
