Nanny for Intentional Family (2 Young Children)

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare tailored to the developmental needs of infants and toddlers, including engaging in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and creativity
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met with care and precision
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment by performing light cleaning duties related to childcare areas and children's belongings
• Support early childhood development through activities such as reading, singing, arts and crafts, and educational play
• Assist with daily routines including diapering, potty training, nap schedules, and dressing to foster independence and comfort
• Collaborate with parents to implement consistent caregiving strategies that align with family values and goals
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle emergency situations calmly with proper protocols

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with young children in roles such as nannying, babysitting, daycare assistant, or preschool teaching
• Knowledge of infant care practices, toddler development stages, and caregiving techniques for children with disabilities if applicable
• Certification in first aid and CPR required or willingness to obtain upon hiring
• Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare areas efficiently
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with parents and other caregivers
• Compassionate demeanor with a proactive approach to child safety and well-being
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving routines and family needs while maintaining a positive attitude
