We are seeking a dedicated and energetic live-in Nanny to provide exceptional care and support for children in a warm, nurturing environment. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive childcare tailored to each child's age and developmental needs, including infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for children’s dietary requirements, ensuring balanced nutrition and meal variety
- Engage children in educational activities such as teaching basic skills, arts and crafts, reading, and age-appropriate games to promote learning and growth
- Maintain a safe environment by implementing safety protocols, supervising outdoor play, and practicing first aid when necessary
- Assist with light housekeeping duties related to children’s belongings, laundry, cleaning toys, and maintaining an organized living space
- Support daily routines such as nap times, diaper changes, potty training, and bedtime routines
- Collaborate with parents to ensure consistent caregiving practices and communicate regularly about the children’s progress and needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in nannying or childcare roles with references demonstrating reliability and professionalism
- Strong knowledge of infant care, toddler care, preschool activities, and child development principles
- Certification or training in first aid and CPR is highly preferred
- Ability to work with children with disabilities or special needs if applicable
- Skills in meal preparation tailored to children's nutritional needs and preferences
- Comfortable with light cleaning duties related to children's areas and belongings
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with both children and parents
