Nanny / Mother's Helper

Seeking a reliable and organized Family Assistant / Mothers Helper to support a household. This role combines childcare and household support. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, conscientious, patient, with a genuine love for children. Must be dependable, organized, and comfortable driving children.

Requirements

• Morning / bedtime routines
• Structuring activities
• Willing to drive children (pick-up, drop-offs, to activities)
• Communicating daily updates / as needed
• Has a reliable car (Winter roads arent plowed, so reliable transportation with 4x4/AWD is required)
• Light household resets (kitchen cleanup, organizing toys, tidying & vacuuming common areas, tidying)
• Meal prep
• Children's laundry
• Restocking supply /notifying when low
• Errands / grocery shopping
• Comfortable with pets
• CPR / First Aid trained
• Flexibility to work evenings / travel as needed

Job Schedule

During school year:

• Mondays-Thursdays: 11:30am - 5pm
• Fridays: 9:00am - 3:00pm

Summer:

• Mondays -Fridays 9:00am-3:00pm

What we can offer:

• 20 hours/week guaranteed
• Flex up to 40 hours as needed
• 1 week PTO & 7 Paid Holidays (after 3 months)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
