Nanny Needed ~ 20 hours per week | SE Denver

Oliver’s Nannies is a trusted nanny agency dedicated to providing families with dependable, professional, and personalized childcare solutions. We are currently seeking a nurturing, reliable, and experienced part-time nanny for a family in Southeast Denver with one sweet 5-month-old baby.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a caregiver who loves working with infants and is looking for consistent daytime hours with occasional overnight support.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (some flexibility available)
• Occasional Overnights: Approximately 1–2 nights per month (advance notice provided)
• Child: One 5-month-old infant
• Location: Southeast Denver, CO
• Driving Required
• Pay: $21 to start $22 after 90 days
• Job Type: Part-Time (~20 hours per week)

Mom works from home, so comfort working collaboratively in a shared space is important.

Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, attentive, and proactive nanny who is confident caring for infants and knowledgeable about early developmental milestones. The ideal candidate is calm, engaging, and understands the importance of creating a nurturing and stimulating environment during this foundational stage of development.

Primary responsibilities will include attentive infant care, supporting feeding and nap schedules, engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities, and light baby-related household tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care while ensuring the infant’s safety at all times
• Follow feeding, nap, and developmental routines
• Engage in age-appropriate, screen-free activities that support early milestones
• Tummy time, sensory play, reading, and interactive engagement
• Bottle preparation and cleaning
• Light baby-related housekeeping (laundry, tidying play areas, cleaning bottles)
• Transport child as needed (car seat use required will be provided by family)
• Provide clear, consistent communication with parents regarding daily updates
• Support occasional overnight care (1–2 nights per month)

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional childcare experience (infant experience required)
• Strong understanding of infant development
• Comfortable working in a home where a parent works remotely
• Confident driver with a clean driving record
• Patient, dependable, and proactive

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Minimum 2 years of professional childcare experience
• Pass background, DMV, and reference checks
• Fully vaccinated
• Two childcare-related references (with contact information)
• Fluent in English
