Nanny Opening (Miami, FL)

Overview

A private family in Miami seeks a dedicated, professional nanny to provide exceptional care for their three children (ages 1.5, 4, and 6). The role involves occasional summer travel and collaboration with a small team of 2–3 household staff. The ideal candidate is nurturing, adaptable, experienced, and passionate about fostering children’s learning and development.

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, educational, and engaging activities to support development
• Manage daily routines, including meals, hygiene, naps, and bedtime
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in children’s areas, including bedrooms and playrooms
• Oversee children’s laundry and wardrobe management
• Accompany the family on occasional travel, including extended summer stays in Aspen (housing provided)
• Collaborate with household staff to ensure seamless, high-quality care

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, live-out position in Miami, with occasional live-in requirements (1–2 nights per week or during travel). Hours: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Strong references from current and prior employers
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable swimming and supervising children in the pool
• Valid driver’s license with confident driving ability
• U.S. work authorization
