Nanny with Household Support in Northampton, MA

Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a new full-time Nanny with Household Support for a wonderful family in Northampton with two children, ages 2 and 5, after two successful nanny relationships over the course of 5 years, starting July 20th. From July 20th - Aug. 31st, the schedule is 9am-5pm. The schedule from there is Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm, with flexibility needed to cover full days, as needed (4-8x/mo.). The family will guarantee 40 hours per week. They would love to find a nanny who is interested in a long-term position (2+ years).

The children thrive on clear expectations and routine, so a nanny who instills a rhythm to the day would be a good fit. Driving is part of the role. The family will provide a nanny car.

The family has an 11-year-old 60 lb. pup so please be dog friendly.

Compensation: $32-34/hour with optional healthcare stipend, paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time. All pay on the books through payroll.
