About the Role

We are seeking experienced babysitters who have a deep understanding of neurodiverse children, with a strong focus on supporting children with ADHD. This role is ideal for caregivers who bring patience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence to every interaction, and who thrive in dynamic, child-led environments.

You are not just supervising, you are creating a safe, engaging, and supportive experience tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high-quality care for children with ADHD and other neurodiverse profiles
• Create structured yet flexible environments that support focus, creativity, and emotional regulation
• Use positive reinforcement, redirection, and proven behavioral strategies
• Adapt activities to match each child’s energy, interests, and sensory needs
• Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with parents before, during, and after each booking
• Maintain a calm, patient, and grounded presence in all situations
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and household guidelines

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Proven experience caring for neurodiverse children, especially ADHD
• Strong understanding of executive functioning challenges and emotional regulation
• Naturally patient, observant, and responsive
• Able to balance structure with flexibility
• Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
• Professional, reliable, and punctual

Preferred Backgrounds

• Experience in special education, behavioral therapy, psychology, or related fields
• Previous work as a nanny, teacher, paraprofessional, or therapist
• Familiarity with tools such as visual schedules, timers, and sensory activities
