Primary Responsibilities

Childcare

Daily

* Infant care

* Feeding and meal preparation

* Diaper changes

* Naps and bedtime routines

* Reading and educational activities

* Outdoor play/walks optional

* Sanitizing toys

* Children’s laundry

* Organizing nursery

Household Assistant Duties

Daily

* Load/unload dish’s dry & putting them away

* Clean kitchen counters & tables

* Sweep high-traffic areas

* Take out trash

* Tidy living room, bathrooms & bedrooms

* Make beds

Weekly

* Vacuum entire home

* Sweep & Mop floors

* Clean bathrooms

* Dust furniture, TV, ceiling fans, bed frames, window seals, mirrors, light fixtures, doors, decor

* Clean mirrors

* Organize common areas

* Wash, Dry & fold laundry/clothes/rugs/towels

* Clean inside & out of toilets & bathroom

Monthly Deep Cleaning

* Baseboards

* Change bed linen sheets

* Window sills

* Clean out Refrigerator/freezer interior & exterior

* Pantry organization

* Cabinet fronts

* Ceiling fans

* Light fixtures

* Behind furniture

* Nursery & master bedroom deep clean

* Garage organization

* Outside patio swept, clean the patio cushions with carpet cleaner & clean outside rugs, outside door, outside decor & light fixtures

* Do Laundry, refill soap dispensers & laundry dispensers

* Deep clean bathroom, bleach bathtub, scrub toilet in & out

Contract Expectations

Employee Will:

* Arrive on time

* Notify employer of absences

* Maintain confidentiality regarding family matters

* Provide attentive childcare

* Follow household routines

* Perform household duties while children are sleeping or independently occupied

Employer Will:

* Reimburse agreed-upon expenses on errands

* Maintain a safe work environment

* Provide cleaning supplies and childcare materials
