Nanny/Household Manager

This is not a babysitting job.

This is a high-trust role inside a high-performance household.

We’re a busy, work-from-home CEO family with three young girls. Our days move fast, expectations are high, and we’re looking for someone who can step in and create calm, structure, and excellence without being managed.

If you need to be told what to do… this won’t work.
If you see what needs to be done before anyone asks… keep reading.

The Role

Most of your day is with our 19-month-old.
This is not passive care. This is engaged, intentional, developmental time.

When the older girls get home, things shift. There’s a short window where the house either stays in order… or chaos creeps in.
We need someone who naturally handles it before it becomes a problem.

Your job is simple to describe, but rare to execute:

Make our home run smoothly so when we log off work, we’re just parents.

What That Actually Looks Like

  • Full care for our toddler: routines, meals, naps, development, play
  • Keeping the kids’ world in order throughout the day
  • Resetting the house as you move through it, not waiting to be told
  • Handling the small things most people ignore:
  • Lunchboxes get unpacked without reminders
  • Dishes don’t sit
  • Toys don’t pile up
  • Packages don’t sit on the porch
  • Creating a calm, happy environment for the kids

We already have cleaners.
This is not about deep cleaning.
This is about ownership and awareness.

Who This Is For

You’re the kind of person who:

  • Notices everything
  • Takes pride in doing things well without being asked
  • Brings real energy and warmth to kids
  • Can redirect and de-escalate without raising your voice
  • Doesn’t sit still when something needs to be handled
  • Treats this as a profession, not a temporary job

Who This Is NOT For

  • Someone who waits for instructions
  • Someone who “just watches the kids”
  • Someone who needs constant feedback to stay on track
  • Someone unreliable with last-minute call-outs

Requirements

  • Proven infant/toddler experience
  • Strong, verifiable references
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing)
  • Clean background + driving record
  • Non-smoker
  • Career nanny mindset
  • Willing to sign a simple NDA

Schedule & Pay

  • Monday to Friday, ~8 AM to 5 PM
  • Occasional flexibility for evenings
  • W-2 position
  • 25-$30/hr depending on experience
  • Paid time off + holidays
  • Paid travel if joining family trips

Final Note

We are willing to pay top of market.
But in return, we expect someone who operates at a high level without needing to be managed.

If you’re exceptional, you’ll love this role. If you’re average, it will feel overwhelming.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
