Nanny/Household Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Nanny/Household Manager to provide exceptional childcare and household support for a busy family with 3 children. This role combines nurturing, caregiving, and organizational skills to create a safe, engaging, and well-managed home environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and passionate about working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will play a vital role in fostering developmental growth while maintaining household routines and ensuring a smooth daily operation. Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare for children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental needs are met.
• Order and prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary requirements and preferences.
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and age-appropriate learning experiences to promote growth and curiosity.
• Manage household tasks such as cleaning, organizing children’s belongings, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle emergency situations with calm professionalism.
• Transporting children to and from school and assist transporting to activities, appointments, or outings as needed.
• Support children with routines
• Work with parents to create schedules that balance childcare needs with household management duties.

Skills

• Proven experience in nannying or childcare roles with a focus on elementary education.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques.
• Ability to perform first aid and CPR confidently to ensure children's safety at all times.
• Strong organizational skills for managing household chores alongside childcare responsibilities.
• Skilled in meal preparation and cooking nutritious foods suitable for children’s diets.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with parents and children alike.
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, energy, and a positive attitude in caregiving roles.
