Nanny/Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a long-term and reliable Nanny/Housekeeper to provide good care for children and maintain a clean, organized home environment.

We are looking for someone who can reliably work 12-5PM Monday to Friday. On a usual day: from 12-2:30PM we will need help with house chores like meal prep, dishes, laundry etc.. Kids will be picked up from school at 3PM and therefore we are looking for someone who has clean driving record and a car in good condition. 3PM onwards will be childcare for 4year and 7 year old, which will involve giving them snacks and engaging in play/books etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare for a toddler and first grader.
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises aligned with their age and needs
• Prepare meals and snacks.’
• Maintain a clean and organized household by performing regular cleaning duties such as light vacuuming, laundry, and dishes etc.
• Assist with daily routines including dressing, bathing and nap times when needed
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress or concerns

Skills

• Proven experience in nannying or childcare, especially with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
• Ability to perform household cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Cooking skills to prepare healthy meals and snacks for children and meal prep for family.
• Familiarity with first aid procedures and emergency response protocols
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
