A well-established, fully staffed private family in Williston, FL is seeking an experienced Nanny/Tutor to support four of their six children (grades 4–9). All five older children have diagnoses of ADHD and dyslexia and have Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in place. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a professional who thrives with complex learners and is confident taking ownership of the academic support function. SCHEDULE Sunday: Flexible (full day or 5:00–9:00/10:00 PM) Monday–Thursday: 2:45 PM–10:00 PM 40 guaranteed hours per week Additional hours compensated separately Travel required: up to one month per year (summer) ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Academic tutoring across elementary, middle, and high school subjects (math and science are top priorities) IEP compliance tracking — accommodating and enforcing each child's plan across assignments, tests, and teacher communication Executive function coaching — task initiation, organization, long-term planning, and accountability School pick-ups (driver's license required) Light childcare support during non-tutoring hours (supervision, laundry, meal prep for children) Flashcard development and creative learning tool creation Tech support for digital projects and school platforms REQUIREMENTS Experience working with children with dyslexia, ADHD, and/or other learning differences (required) Strong academic background in elementary, middle, and high school subjects, especially math and science (required) Experience supporting IEPs and managing accommodation compliance Valid driver's license Highly organized — strong executive function of your own Patient, firm, and consistent Tech-savvy Local to Williston/Gainesville/Ocala area or open to relocation Open to domestic travel (up to one month per year) Teaching certification not required — expertise and results are what matter COMPENSATION & BENEFITS W-2 hourly role — on payroll Compensation commensurate with education and experience; details shared during the interview process 40 guaranteed hours per week; overtime compensated beyond guaranteed hours Health insurance 2 weeks paid vacation Paid holidays (holiday hours worked at time-and-a-half) Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
