Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating the right auto parts and accessories to meet their needs
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Manage inventory levels by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts to ensure product availability
• Provide technical advice on auto parts, tools, and maintenance procedures to help customers make informed decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment that promotes safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance
• Support special promotions or seasonal displays to enhance customer engagement and store visibility

Skills

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic approach to customer interactions
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and repair processes; prior experience in auto parts retail is a plus
• Ability to operate inventory management systems and cash register equipment with accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock management and store upkeep
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn about new products, industry trends, and technical specifications
• Valid driver’s license preferred for assisting with deliveries or stock transfers
