Responsibilities

• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems and physical patrols to monitor premises and detect suspicious activity.
• Manage access control by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring only authorized individuals enter designated areas.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or conflicts, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies, providing detailed reports and support as needed.
• Implement loss prevention strategies by monitoring for theft or vandalism and taking appropriate action according to company policies.
• Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and security activities to ensure accurate record-keeping for future reference.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a strong understanding of security protocols.
• Valid certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in surveillance or CCTV operation are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and experience with CCTV systems or other surveillance technology.
• Strong physical fitness to perform patrols, respond quickly to incidents, and conduct thorough inspections.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to document incidents clearly and accurately.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain necessary licensing or permits required by local regulations.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
