OBJECTIVE: Under the direction of the Sales Vice President, the National Accounts Director has a business development mindset that will be accountable to help us radically scale the Company, by generating revenue though existing accounts and identifying and commercializing new business opportunities.

Specific Duties:

Subject matter expert, in addition to a full working knowledge of Seda’s global product line, capabilities and manufacturing platforms, have and continue to advance a strong Understanding of the Foodservice Market, leading brands companies, emerging brands and trends affecting today’s environment and the trends shaping tomorrow’s opportunity, both at a macro and micro level.

Strategic mindset, a big picture sales professional who understands how to develop a strategic territory and individual account plans in order to effectively maximize territory opportunities and penetrate large customers at various levels, stakeholders and decision-makers.

Process oriented, demonstrate a discipline to utilizing a “checklist” operational method to ensure a repeatable process with the level of business activity associated with NPD projects

Team orientated, demonstrates empathy and the highest level of respect and consideration for coworkers at all levels.

Customer-Centric, conduct regular Quarterly Business Review’s with key customers as well as actively elevate business relationships throughout the organization. Understands the importance of business relationships and commits to the work required to build a network throughout the client’s organization.

Skill Requirements
- 5+ years of overall experience in Sales and in a National Account role.

Experience with Top 25 industry leading companies, an established track record of success selling into the Limited-Service Restaurant, Convenience Store, and Specialty Coffee segments

Experience in a larger company while also possessing work experience in a more entrepreneurial fast-paced entity which would require a hands-on approach and accelerated revenue growth expectations.

Must have a proven track record of hands-on revenue growth, demonstrated career progression, success in a national or large regional market

A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate with customers and employees, using the right tone of voice. This includes written and in-person communication skills.

Ability to analyze data and understand areas for improvement.

Excellent Computer skills, Microsoft Office/Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc.

SAP/ERP knowledge preferred
