POSITION OVERVIEW
Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum seeks a dynamic and experienced fundraising and marketing leader to serve as National Campaign Director for our “Remember Pearl Harbor” national capital campaign. This transformative campaign will fund critical restoration projects, education programs, and new visitor experiences that honor the legacy of Pearl Harbor and inspire future generations.
The National Campaign Director will lead and manage all aspects of the campaign, supervising campaign staff and consultants, and working in close partnership with the Museum’s Philanthropy and Marketing/ Communications teams, Board members, and the National Campaign Committee. The Director will also collaborate with the Museum’s Exhibits/Curatorial team and operational staff, and other project partners to translate institutional priorities into compelling donor opportunities.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished advancement professional, equal parts strategist and closer, who thrives on building relationships, shaping national campaigns, and connecting donors to mission. While the position is preferably based on Oʻahu, strong West Coast candidates open to regular travel are encouraged to apply.

• $120,000 - $150,000 annually – placement in pay range commensurate with experience, with relocation support considered
