National Director of Business Development

Home Care Franchise System

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven National Director of Business Development to support and accelerate growth across our home care franchise system. This role is responsible for coaching and mentoring franchise owners, driving revenue growth, ensuring brand uniformity, and holding teams accountable to key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in home care operations, sales, and marketing, who thrives in a highly collaborative, travel-intensive role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business coach to new and existing franchise owners
  • Travel nationally (approximately 75% travel) to support franchise locations in-market
  • Lead and facilitate weekly meetings with franchise owners and internal teams
  • Track, analyze, and hold teams accountable to KPIs, growth metrics, and performance goals
  • Support franchisees in:
  • Business development and referral growth
  • Sales strategy and execution
  • Marketing implementation and optimization
  • Ensure brand consistency and operational uniformity across all franchise locations
  • Assist with the opening and ramp-up of new franchise locations
  • Support franchise owners in hiring key leadership and marketing roles
  • Coach franchise marketing staff and guide local marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to refine systems, tools, and best practices
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions across the franchise system

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Regional Director, National Director, or similar leadership role
  • Proven success in growing and opening multiple locations within a franchise or multi-site organization
  • Strong background in home care operations and marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, and mentor owners and staff
  • Experience holding teams accountable to metrics and performance goals
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously
  • Ability to lead, guide, and develop marketing staff and leadership teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience
  • Commission and/or bonus paid on each location’s growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,500.00 - $76,000.00 per year
