Position Overview

We are seeking a National Director of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization from our Atlanta headquarters. This is an in-person leadership role responsible for building structure, driving accountability, and turning sales into a predictable, scalable engine.

This position is ideal for someone who has experience scaling sales teams, implementing performance systems, and leading independent sales representatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales representatives
  • Lead weekly performance reviews and enforce KPI accountability
  • Implement structured sales processes and CRM discipline
  • Monitor pipeline health and optimize deal progression
  • Support representatives in complex client scenarios
  • Contribute to strategic expansion initiatives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on growth planning
  • Help build a strong in-office sales culture and leadership presence

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience building or scaling a sales team
  • Strong performance management background
  • Systems-oriented leadership style
  • Comfortable managing independent sales reps
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on leadership
  • Healthcare, diagnostics, or medical sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work in-office in Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
