National Export Manager- Agri

We are hiring for a leading Animal Feed and Nutrition company. The JD is as follows: -

Looking for a senior exports professional to build and scale the international trading business for feed-grade agri commodities.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of exports — customer development, contract execution, pricing, documentation coordination, and shipment follow-ups. This is a business-driving role, not a documentation-only position.

KEY PRODUCTS (EXPORT FOCUS)

 Rapeseed Meal (RSM)

 Soybean Meal (SBM)

 DDGS (Rice / Corn)

 Other feed-grade protein meals as applicable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1️ International Sales & Business Development

 Develop and manage export sales to:

o Feed manufacturers

o Distributors

o Traders

o Integrators

 Build and maintain customer base across Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Europe

 Handle price negotiations, contracts, and long-term supply agreements

 Achieve volume and margin targets

2️ Export Execution & Coordination

 Manage end-to-end export coordination, including:

o Contract confirmation

o Shipment planning

o Coordination with logistics, CHA, inspection agencies

 Ensure smooth execution of shipments (container / bulk)

 Coordinate documentation (BL, Invoice, Packing List, COA, Phyto, etc.)

(Hands-on understanding required; not clerical execution)

3️ Market Intelligence Pricing

 Track global market trends, competitor pricing, and demand-supply

 Work closely with procurement team on costings and offer strategy

 Identify new export opportunities and emerging markets

4️ Client Relationship Management

 Build long-term relationships with overseas buyers

 Handle negotiations, claims, and customer escalations

 Represent company in international exhibitions and trade events

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
