What You'll Do:
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers and their downlines

Define and track KPIs quarterly, with ongoing accountability and coaching touchpoints

Champion a culture of excellence, recognition, and career growth; identify and develop the next generation of field leaders

Lead national field calibrations, engagement reviews, and talent development frameworks
- Model elite leadership presence through regular field visits and direct engagement
- Act as a senior partner to account leadership, reporting directly to the team that drives Snapdragon’s retail strategy
- Surface trends, insights, and risks from the field that directly shape client deliverables and program direction

Work hand-in-hand with account leadership to align field initiatives with client priorities and evolving retail dynamics

Elevate SME feedback and frontline innovation, ensuring the voice of the field is embedded in strategic planning

Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders in operations, training, and analytics to bring integrated solutions forward

Partner with Operations and HR to maintain program discipline, compliance, and efficiency

Ensure staffing, scheduling, and store coverage meet contractual and program expectations for maximum impact

Monitor operational trends and escalate program risks, while driving solutions with cross-functional teams

Safeguard scalability and consistency across all markets and field layers
What You'll Bring:
Experience and Education:

5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large-scale, distributed field sales or retail teams, preferably with experience across both part-time and full-time teams

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with operations, training, analytics, and client teams to deliver measurable impact
Skills and Attributes:

Proven ability to lead with clarity, presence, and accountability

Track record of driving sales performance and executional excellence in a complex, multi-retailer environment

Strong, confident, and professional communicator

Skilled at balancing proactive planning with adaptability to shifting priorities

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
