Position -

National Field Service Technician:

We are seeking a self-motivated, hands-on Field Service Technician with strong technical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently at customer sites across the United States.

National Field Service Technicians perform:

• Onsite installations

• System commissioning

• Troubleshooting and diagnostics

• Repairs and component replacement

• Preventive and scheduled maintenance

• Customer support and system training

Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant mechanical and electrical experience

• Proficiency with hand tools, drills, grinders, and electrical meters

• Experience reading electrical diagrams, schematics, and wiring layouts

• Comfort working with low-voltage systems

• Experience installing aftermarket electronics (rear-view cameras, mobile DVRs, GPS units, sensors, etc.) — preferred

• Light fabrication skills (custom brackets, light metal work) — preferred

General Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Able to distinguish wire colors, read small print, and recognize audible signals

• Must maintain a valid, unrestricted driver’s license

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Ability to obtain a passport; occasional international travel for training may be required

• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings for federally regulated sites

• OSHA and MSHA certifications may be required — training provided

Work Conditions & Physical Demands

Work is performed at customer locations such as:

• Manufacturing plants

• Warehouses

• Cold storage facilities

• Outdoor industrial environments

• Sites with extreme temperatures, dust, chemicals, or heavy machinery

Technicians must be able to:

• Stand for extended periods

• Climb ladders and work at heights

• Work in tight spaces

• Lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 75 lbs

• Perform continuous physical activity with full-body motion

Travel is essential — this is a 100% onsite, customer-facing, nationwide role.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay $25.00/hr and up, based on experience and qualifications

• Hotel, meals, and additional compensation for overnight travel

• Vehicle allowance, mileage reimbursement, or company vehicle
