Job Type: Full-Time

We are hiring a National Key Account Manager (NKAM) to lead and expand our IMT & LMT business across Pakistan’s retail landscape. The ideal candidate must come from a well-structured FMCG organization with strong expertise in managing modern trade channels and driving nationwide retail growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead national Key Account Management for IMT (International Modern Trade) & LMT (Local Modern Trade) partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow sales, visibility, and market share.
  • Manage annual agreements, JBP, negotiations, trade terms, and promotions.
  • Build strong relationships with modern trade retailers and distributors.
  • Monitor channel performance, conduct business reviews, and ensure target achievement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance for smooth execution.
  • Ensure strong in-store execution and category development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in FMCG Key Account Management (IMT/LMT).
  • Must have prior experience with leading, structured FMCG companies.
  • Strong negotiation, category management, and analytical skills.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and handling national-level accounts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs210,000.00 per month
