To achieve the turnover and revenue from parts and accessories by achieving the greatest possible exploitation of parts potential in the Company’s market observation area and ensure a high level of capacity for economical delivery. This role focus on maintaining high parts availability or delivery and skilled advice will lead to increased customer satisfaction and to achieve a high level of sales and protect market share, should actively promotes relationships with independent workshops and increase sales of accessories.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • To achieve parts department’s plans and budget to achieve sales and financial targets.
  • Oversee the entire parts process, including inventory management, procurement, warehousing, distribution, and sales.
  • Manage and lead a team of parts personnel across all branches, ensuring adherence to operational standards and providing guidance and support.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective parts sourcing.
  • Personnel and material. Monitor continuously all factors affecting the operations and implement it in a timely manner
  • Monitor continuously stock level to ensure minimum obsolete stock.
  • To ensure a proper communication and escalation of parts related issues through the correct channels with the manufacturers.
  • Regular review of suitable training to ensure the process in development of parts personals.
  • Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and profitability goals for the parts department.
  • Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while ensuring parts availability.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient and timely parts delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase wholesale parts sales.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all parts transactions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.


Candidate Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years as a Parts Manager or similar role within the automotive industry, preferably with multibrands.
  • Strong understanding of parts operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • UAE driving license is a must.
  • Capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
  • Desirable- Parts Manager certification.
