National Recruiting Coordinator

Company Overview: You Move Me is a premium moving company. Our mission is simple: improve lives and deliver exceptional experiences with every move! We specialize in home-to-home moves, with expertise in office and commercial relocations too.

We are hiring an experienced in-office National Recruiter who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the recruitment efforts of You Move Me on a national scale. They will collaborate with various departments to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Location: Mission, KS (In-Office)

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

What you'll do:

• Be knowledgeable about You Move Me to effectively share our employer brand, career stories, and job opportunities online.
• Attract and hire motivated, hardworking, team oriented people to our businesses who are passionate about our mission and values.
• Broadcast job postings, build candidate networks and pipelines
• Screen resumes, conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews at a high volume.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews in multiple assigned remote markets for hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding and administrative tasks associated with hiring new teammates.
• Collaborate and build relationships with hiring managers and business owners across the country.
• Innovate and share your ideas to improve how we recruit great people.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a national or multi-site environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers at all levels.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
