Location: Remote (Extensive Travel Required – up to 70%)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt
Territory: 20 AL/MC Communities across 13 States

We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and support our sales operations across 20 communities in 13 states. If you are an experienced senior living sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, we invite you to apply and make a real impact.

Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Director – Assisted Living & Memory Care is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and sales performance across a diverse portfolio of senior living communities. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker, effective coach, and proven closer who can inspire geographically dispersed teams, optimize sales processes, and deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement region-wide sales strategies tailored to individual community needs.
  • Guide and support local EDs in converting leads into move-ins and maximizing occupancy.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs like inquiry-to-tour, tour-to-move-in conversion, and occupancy rates.

Team Development & Coaching

  • Train and mentor Executive Directors across all communities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and results through regular coaching and site visits.

Pipeline & CRM Oversight

  • Oversee effective lead management using tools like Sherpa, Enquire, or Salesforce.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, clean data, and strong forecasting accuracy.

Multi-Site Oversight & Travel

  • Travel up to 70% for site visits, coaching, and strategic support.
  • Assist with new openings, turnarounds, and market repositioning efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure smooth move-ins.
  • Provide insight to corporate leadership based on regional performance trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years in senior living sales, with at least 3 years in regional/multi-site leadership.
  • Experience in both Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Care (MC) sales is required.
  • Strong command of CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently across multiple states.
